Ouch. He has a point Snake ate the ball even Rudy ate the ball years ago. You'd take it for granted that it would do that if nothing else.
Even the Alien on the Alien pin eats the ball.
So did Jaws until it was cut for cost reasons, the reasons/excuses given for it not eating the ball sound like complete bull****.
“Couldn’t get it to work” and “it just was not fun”, it would be no less fun than the building in Godzilla, the subway in AIQ, lock mech in Maiden, Rex eating the ball in JP.
May as well of reskinned ST and changed the ball gobbling Demogorgon for a shark…..
Or perhaps on the ST rerun remove it as it’s not fun
