Heard nothing in 3 weeks since receipt of order (fortunately only a small order)

@Neil McRae you have just reminded me....i must check the DR thread on pinside, that has gone very quiet, i even checked their live score board, has everyone stopped playing since Dec 2020?

If you ordered via James (Pinball bazaar) - you need to chase him.
If you have ordered via anyone else - @James is not responsible for chasing, or your money. It doesnt matter if he is the UK distributor for another company owned by the one you paid.

It is like ordering direct from Stern then moaning at Phil Palmer.

I had no idea that Gameroom were affiliated with PB - I just wondered whether anyone else had had dealings with them before I take it further... I couldn't find any other supplier for the Alien spares I wanted (which are not used on the PB Alien unfortunately)... Guess I'll just have to try and repair the worn out parts.
