its good but shows its age and in my view tries to make pinball folks out to be slightly weird (of which some of them are no doubt

Got the 'Special When Lit' Blu Ray off my son at Christmas. Pretty sure it's longer than the original documentary when shown on TV some time back. The PAPA bits particularly.
Makes me chuckle when Steve Richie says pinball 'is slowly dying'..... no signs of that now. Should have said it's 'slowly getting very expensive'.

Watched Special When Lit yesterday and enjoyed it, also watched Wizard Mode, which I felt was much more about a guy who had autism and happened to fixate on Pinball rather than specifically about Pinball. One thing that struck me, especially watching Special When Lit is how odd pinball people must seem to others
Special when Lit seems very much edited in a way to make some of the people in it look weird, probably the only thing I didn't like about that film

I'm now confused, time to think this lot over.
I was recently quizzed as to whether or not I was a nerd due to my pinball obsession. This was from a lady who organised baby showers. The more I heard as to what these ladies did at baby showers (e.g. Melting chocolate into nappies and eating it) I came to the conclusion that she was weirder than me.
