Just checking if useful to anyone (as is, or just the framework, roof tiles etc.) before I demolish and turn into firewood for my wood burner over the next few winters.
A former pigeon loft currently used as dumping ground/store. Approx. 10 metres wide and 2 metres deep with ceiling beams not high enough to fit a pin under, so would need modifying/extending. Framework and tiles are good, as is cladding to rear and sides but the front facing cladding is rotten in places and will need replacing. There's so many openings anyway you'd want to replace to create a new front. Floor is plywood but a bit pigeon poop stained. Internal walls and ceiling are thin painted ply and generally OK.
It's FREE to anyone who wants it or part of it, but you'll need to assist taking apart and dismantling plus taking away.
Since photos were taken, I've started demolishing a one metre wide extension part (closest to the hedge in top photo) and will eventually start taking the rest apart as want the space for a future cabin/summerhouse. So... speak up quick if anyone wants a big DIY project..... but potentially an odd sized games room for nowt !
