Yep

I was in take with a chap on a game the other week, game was listed but being quite a lot off money you want to ask At least one or two questions before sending 3/4/5k via bank transfer within afew minutes of talkiing another chap had messaged stating he has cash a van and could collect within 3 hrs. I would have used Martin and bank transfer I guess , I have no ideas if he was a flipper but it’s an east game to sell so have no doubt that it will be listed with at least 3 k on it. I just think listing the buyers name would be good for the community as a whole

Hmm, I feel like a buyers name or seller for that matter should only be shared if there's a problem. It's a public forum, not everyone will want their details shared

I'd say probably not. If someone had a pin for sale and I bought it then I personally wouldn't mind if the original seller closed the sale thread with, "Sold to Rich (Dex-Jay)". That would be fine with me as I'm not a flipper-flipper. I don't think most people would mind if that was an option just not mandatory.

Were someone a big collector with a lot of modern pins so there was a big chunk of pinball wedge tied-up then I don't blame them wanting to keep that quiet.

Yes true people may not wish to disclose they have zillions of games , tho many already show what they have in the signature. I just have a suspicion that there are afew lurkers buying stashing and cashing games, listen it makes no difference to me. As for the theft aspect, firstly you would need to know where that person lived then you would need 50 lads to help you nick them - in the dark - in silence / pins are not really hot property as they are so fricking heavy. I got one would be happy to say I bought a game from a forum member. It’s just a small measure to try to stop this practice.
