Is it just me that isn't overly impressed with the quality of PH flipper rubbers? When I first installed them I noticed the finish was more grainy than smooth. Now after less than 50-60 games the tips are already looking worn

Same here. Rubber is rubber, wouldn't be surprised if most places used the same supplier

And if you have had 50/60 games they will start to look worn or your hitting the ball with very end of flipper each time?

Hmm I wouldn't of thought they would be wearing thru that quick or everyone would be replacing them every couple months :0s

Red rubber is soft and bouncier , wears quickly. Black is harder and less bouncy lasts longer. I have two suppliers of red rubber, they are different. One is more pink and softer, the other is more red and harder, but can't always guarantee supply of these.

I was thinking of trying purple to go with the posts and purple on the lower plastics and red on the upper flipper

spose its just a case of rotating them ect (I know its just me being over picky and anal lol). Still haven't managed to get on the highscore board :0(
