I wanted to reach out and wish you a Happy New Year and let you know that Fathom Revisited is now in production.
Thank you so very much for your support and patience. 2021 was a very difficult year, especially living in and setting up a new manufacturing facility within the most COVID restricted and locked down city in the world. I am very happy and proud to say that we have successfully negotiated the numerous hurdles we have faced and managed to complete our current run of CELTS games, shipping all over the world, to great response and success, including winning Best Modern Pin at the Pincinnati Pinball Expo.
As I have stated previously, the build order for the Fathom Revisited Games is as follows:
1. Classic Series Ticket Holders Games
2. Fathom Revisited Mermaid Edition Games
3. Fathom Revisited Classic Edition Games
If you are a Classic Series Ticket Holder, you will have already received an email from me. If you have not, please let me know.
The remaining games in each tier will be manufactured in order of deposit received. Once we get processes bedded down over the coming weeks and streamline our throughput, I will be able to let you know where you are placed in the build order and when the anticipated ship date will be for your game.
At the time of purchase, I offered free shipping within Australia and free shipping via container to Nevada in the USA (USA customers will then need to organize their own freight from Nevada). Despite the unbelievable increase in shipping costs (over 300%), I am still happy to provide that service and will let you know exactly what that looks like as we get closer to boxing your game. If you wanted an express service for your game to the USA, we have been shipping games via DHL express with a typical delivery time of 7-10 days and I am happy to discount the express freight cost by the amount allocated for shipping your game via Sea. Nothing that needs to be decided right now, but an option for consideration.
