Hi gang
I'm after an F14 display or SoF. I think they're the same.
Pinball palace are all out and not sure when they're back in.
Must be working.

Thanks
Gaz

Didn't someone just do a DMD conversion on a F-14, if so that's your guy.
That's me with a DMD in my F-14 (or will be when it's all back together!).

Gaz - before the DMD went in, I had a PinLED 10009 display in it which I bought from Pinball Palace a few years back (I'd guess 4 years maybe). That is just sitting in my cupboard gathering dust now. Pinball Palace want £139 plus £12 postage (so £151) for a new one, are you interested in mine for £120 including postage, save you £30? In as-new condition, fully working, it wasn't used a whole lot before it went in the cupboard after the DMD swap. Drop me a PM if you are interested and we'll sort it out.

Gaz,

Depending on where in the production run the game was built, an F-14 could have any of three different display pcb's.

The earliest games used the large display panel with (un-used) feature lamp and credit display traces, which had been introduced on 'Millionaire'.
Then the unused traces were eliminated, but the pcb remained the same size.
Finally, a smaller pcb was introduced, which remained in use up to Swords of Fury (except for Banzai Run, apparently).

I think the first two types have different mountings from the third. There's something which has led to a special replacement pcb for the early games, with another unique one for Millionaire.

Hi Jay
Mine doesn't have the additional lamp holders, nor does Marks, so hopefully it'll be ok. Thanks for the heads up though.
