Dr WHO Pinball (Bally) Time Expander Cover - STICKERS

Newb Pinhead here!!

I've bought a replacement Dr WHO Pinball (Bally) Time Expander plastic Cover but need the sticker to go on it as the one on mine is all curled up, where would I buy one of these and what is it's proper name? (I'm sure 'sticker' is wrong).
