Don't order from ClassicArcades on eBay

Hi all,

Just a fair warning to not purchase from ClassicArcades on eBay.

I bought a translite from him and it came uncut and suggested I cut it myself. I said I don't want to as its height and width is out which could lead me to messing up the dimensions.

He then offers to replace the translite. Great I thought.

3 weeks later he doesn't respond to any messages. I have to raise a case and now he's disagreeing that it needs cutting!

Bloody sheister honestly....

Its now with eBay to sort.

Jeff at Classicarcades has been ****ing off customers for as long as I remember …. best part of 20 years.
Top tip - prepare to be disappointed . His shonky wrong size , wrong colour , wrong font decals used to be a specialty Hiw he has kept going is a mystery.

I bought some BK2K plastics that were supposed to be NOS but they were nothing of the sort. Colours were well off and they had pixelated art.

Shocking how these people get away with such bad business practices.

Hopefully with the evidence I've shown to eBay they'll side with me.

I imagine when there's no issue he's fine. Its how he handles his own **** ups is where the issue lies.

If he commits to replacing then he should. Not retract and pretend like it didn't happen.

A well known fact that you don't order from him if outside USA as he will rip you off. I paid for an Earthshaker backglass which didn't turn up. I got my money back as via paypal but he tried to get me to change the payment to a bank transfer where I'd no protection.
There used to be a sticky on pinside with a big warning on it. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.
