i'd reconsider that. I recently bought one from that seller (see current ebay auction) who sent me a crappy segmental cherry display with screen burn in one corner (in other words. NOT what was advertised).
He did however make it right in the end with an agreed partial refund, but still a c*nts trick to try it in the first place.
Got a spare DMD; it was removed from an AFM and has the far right line out.
Not in front of it right now, but here's 2 pics. The first was taken by previous owner in test mode (shows far right line out and a test line moving down the DMD) and the other by me (showing some text, not sure what i was doing TBH).

You asked for a partial refund, you at no time asked to return the item, you at no time allowed me to offer a fully paid return, you just went straight in with wanting £40 refund off the original £100 purchase price which i agreed to in a heartbeat.
I had no knowledge of the burn in one corner as that DMD came off a machine purchased off another forum member and listed as in perfect working order and still don't, i just took your word for it and issued you the refund straight away without hesitation.
You now, from the posting above, seem perfectly happy with that outcome.
End of the day you should have returned it instead of coming on here and acting like a 12 year old keyboard warrior and creating an even bigger problem.

I see your post above this one and that seems a fair explanation, perhaps had you posted that first along with an end line of "no need to say it's a c*nts trick, things do have explanations" would have looked way better than your implied threat!
Note to everyone, keep it calm please. I also know that Craig is pretty new to pins (started collecting in August) so his explanation of not knowing about burn seems pretty valid to me.

Hence seeing red as one hate i have in life is a person being all nice and polite one one hand (ie ebay messages agreeing to the refund and stating he is now happy with the transaction) and on the other hand being two faced and resorting to childish name calling on a forum such as this.
End of the day if you had a problem man the f**k up and speak to me directly.
Anyhow for the harmony of the forum i shall now consider this matter at an end.
On a side note.. Nick know any reason why Alex's posts keep being deleted?

I was corrupt long ago but I can assure you that admins on here are more slaves than power masters.
We don't need to be swearing at each other but that swearing module just takes the edge off things, I am sure we can all see what was meant.

Yer Alx has had 2 posts deleted that i know of, what is actually in those posts i don't know until i speak to him but all alittle suspect.
I have hosted my own forums to do with Blu ray and DVD's for over 8 years and (VBullitin platform) and i know that deleting posts is a slippery slope.
Maybe a mod or Grizz could shed some light on what is happening?

Roughneck - I need to know the posts and if possible the content of them. I can check logs to confirm what has happened to them. However, as i have said before, as a rule we don't delete posts (other than duplicates) unless they have illegal content or spam, and even then i can only remember deleting 1 or 2 over the entire life of this place....
Listen my man, YOU listed a different dmd then sent me ANOTHER ONE ENTIRELY. Am I responsible for your shoddy listing practices? I don't think so. Our transaction was complete so I didn't come on here to slag you off, but to warn another of my experience after your ebay name was mentioned. Now, to get threatening when you're clearly in the wrong, is laughable at best. Turn up at my home with that kind of attitude and you'll get a shock my friend.
Yes, I did accept your offer, but I was p*ssed (as anyone genuine buyer would be) that you sent me a display which has burn in one corner. The cost of postage to send it back I would have had to eat so I made an offer, you accepted, fine. That doesn't mean for one second I was happy about it, or what I received. Y'see, when I buy something, I expect it to be what someone says it is. When it isn't, I don't like it....Do you?
