I think so,but im not sure what it came off,it came to me in a joblot of random parts I picked up a while ago,some clever people on here can probably shed some light

I've never seen them like that before. Look like the same buttons but not usually mounted on a pcb

Was intrigued by this and did a quick search...

And found that it is a diagnostic switch board containing Test, Vol +, Vol -, and Service buttons. The one I found was pulled from a Gauntlet Legends cabinet, but apparently it is common in many Midway video games from the time.
