Wanted Data East Dot Matrix

Hi , I've been lucky enough to buy my son a batman data east pinball but the DMD seems to be dead , I've checked to see if the voltage is there and it seems to be.
I am after a DMD 128 x 16 in any condition to get the score up because at the moment my son tells me he's won ever time :-( or if someone knows what else could be causing it not to work id love to know.
Any help would be appreciated as im new to pinball machines .

Hiya dude, where do you live? Did you ever see the DMD working? What makes you say it is dead, rather than just a fuse or a connector or a diode or something else cheap and easy?

Next step I think is to see if another DMD works in your game, and if your DMD works in another game.... so where are you? Some pinhead may be near to you and could you you out?
 
Hi I've never seen it work and if it could be repaired that would be great.
I live in Orpington Kent which is on them25 near Dartford.
Is there somewhere where I can send it to check if its repairable ?

Andy the legend prob (not sure if he does dmd repairs)

That's pinball mania by the way I can't think who else does repairs by mail off the top of my head
