D20 led does not blinking

Maybe sombody know why d20 led does not blinking on the mpu wpc089 board. D21 on after switch on the machine.
You can start the game. No battery installed yet to the board.
I had acid damege I changed u16, u17, u20 and c31 capacitor.
After the repair the pinball came back to life. All the dedicated switches working again. But 2 coil does not working. (i will check those later)
Another issue on the power board led2 and 3 on. According to the manual just the led 3 should be on.

If you’ve changed all those chips because of battery damage it’s probably fit for the bin....

Why should I put it to the bin if lm339 ic was faulty uln 2803 was coroded but still worked according to the logic probe.
I neutralized the board and repaired the damaged traces.

I socketed all those ics

Because 25 years experience tells me boards with more than a smidge of leaked battery aren’t worth the effort to fix.
