does anyone have a spare display for a William Cyclone. It i the type that is alpha numeric on the top (Player 1 and 2) an numeric on the bottom (Player 3 and 4).

only need the top 2 displays if anybody has a set.anything considered also looking for the Ferris wheel motor mine runs backwards from time to time

please let me know

thanks

These things are for sale in Europe ...

http://www.pinballwizard.nl

and also in the USA

Absolutely horrible little things to remove and then solder the new ones in as the legs are so fragile. I actually found it safer to cut the old one out of my banzai and solder the replacement legs to the original legs. Nasty little job

Consider going for LED instead. These old alpha numeric things are not cheap

thanks for the link,i see it would be just as easy to get a pinled 179 euro delivered, than pay 70 each for 2 displays and then have to fit them.....
anybody have any reviews of the pinled?.

thanks

I put a set on a DE Simpsons but sold it shortly after but I know the owner and still going strong 4+ years on, so yes they are good and worth getting imho

even a good original panel is going to be approaching 30 years old now so risking a second hand one may be a false economy. in a way knocking a seller down when displays are fooked can mean a nice new shiney pinled for your game that will last a long time
