Cost of Pinball Machine Rental

Hi squad, after a successful event last weekend I had a few enquiries about renting machines out for parties/events. I’ve put machines out on location previously but rentals are something I have never considered before. Would anyone be able to shead some advice regarding what to charge and how to go about it successfully without wrecking my machines?

Event hire is a pain, the effort of moving a pin is the biggest cost. So I'd want £100 each way to move it and I typically charge £240 (£200 + VAT) for a modern game.

Appreciate you sharing that info cheers Phil. Its not something i was really looking to do but the charity event drummed up a bit of interest and money is money so for now I’m willing to do it

Not really feasible unless you have your own van for transport otherwise it'll cost too much in shipping back/forth.

That said, if you do have a van you could test the waters locally. It's the sort of thing that would be quite cool at a wedding. You'd probably need to be there all night like photobooth people incase of problems though.
