I have this truck and it is very good.
However, I can count 2 in 1 ways to use it, not 3. It is a sack truck or a 4 wheeled trolley. Both very useful.
The 4 in 1 version allows the pair of smaller trolley wheels to support the sack truck orientation at a fixed angle.

I have one of these (second hand) - picked up a month ago.... not because they are expensive, but because i got it REALLY cheap and fixed it (Was told that it needed a new battery, found the battery to be fine, however the Relays were shot as it has been left out in the rain. Replaced with waterproof ones and all works perfectly!)
Seriously awwesome bit of kit - can take over a tonne, however most people wouldnt recommend it as you cant rock it back enough!! I recon it;s over 10 years old, however still works well. Ordered new rubbers for the chains as they tend to perish as made of rubber. New ones are 3rd party and made of some silicone so they dont mark the stairs!
