There's already been a big discussion on the Yahoo group about this. Basically buyer beware and go over and see what you're buying first before parting with any money. However if anyone is interested then let JTS know as he's keen to go halves with someone.

I think it would get legally painful or one person would have to manage it and take an awful risk. A couple of mates could do it with a bit of trust but I personally think some of the prices are not overly good.
