Looking to get Green Day tickets for concert in Amsterdam as surprise for my wife but sold out . I'm happy to pay through the nose . Viagogo have some but reviews for them look pants , people turning up and not getting in etc . Just getting your money back is no good if you've paid for flights and hotels. Anyone know where I could get reliable tickets ? Cheers all

I use Gigsberg. Never had an issue. But don't buy loads, so not much of a recommend.

Check out reviews i guess. They have a fair amount of choice for that gig though.

I’ve sold a few on viagogo. I had to physically take one person into the Amsterdam Arena due to all ticket holders for the group having to enter at once but apart from that turning into a bit of a comedy caper alls been fine.

I think you’ll read horror stories with almost all of them . However needs must sometimes.

Last May we ended up last minute needing 4 tickets for The Stones in New York . Used Stubhub , got a good price and despite my paranoia and worry it would go tits up it all worked smoothly - the 4 tickets were instantly transferred to my Ticketmaster account. And when we got to scanning in at the Stadium they all checked out fine .
And it was an incredible night with Mick and the fellas. Once in a lifetime to see them Stateside ☺️

They are all scum.

Tried selling some tickets via AXS. Had a computer glitch so at first they wouldn’t show up as being available. Took ages to find a contact as opposed to bull**** AI to solve the problem.

Tickets resold easily (as it originally sold out instantly). I almost started to think it was a reasonable system.

Checked the resale terms. Gig isn’t until Oct. I don’t get paid until 2 weeks after the gig. So basically they have my £200 for 10 months and the new punters £200 for 10 months. Hard to see how they can justify that.

Similarly had a gig cancelled on me for early Dec last year. They still haven’t admitted it’s never going to go back ahead (the artist is banned from entering the uk). so they won’t refund 20,000 people. That’s a nice million pounds someone is sitting on (then multiply it for the other 2 uk shows). 🤬

Twickets is about the best of the resellers but it involves trusting the other partner more than I’d want for an international gig.

Hope you find a good source.

Sometimes if you’re desperate then you have to turn up on the night with a wad of cash and pay the scalpers the asking price. I hate doing it but have gone that route before, so I guess even the scalpers are serving a purpose.

Good luck dude
