Thought I’d offer this on here . Nice little screw back together compact pin shed with everything you need

Standalone secure outbuilding . I custom ordered this in summer 2017. It was built to house 3 pins so room to slide glass off . I’m just about to start dismantling it so can be seen before I start if need be. It’s steel framed , insulated , boarded and finished with laminate. Double glazed with window bars and a drug dealer spec secure door. It has a consumer unit with cabinet and would include all cable trays lighting and wiring. Basically a nice screw back together project. It’s free standing so doesn’t need a base just rest it off the ground . supplied from a company called life long steel sheds .

it’s been heated / dehumidified since I built it. pins always fared well in it

some of the photos are old to show it’s original assembly to show the construction. It’s current status is fully assembled

it’s base is 3.1 x 3.1 . Max Apex height 2.5 m. Lowest height 1.9 m

so from a transport point of view the largest single section would be 3.1 m by 2.5m ( apex height )
everything else will be smaller

I’m based in Preston. Please note the steel frame only breaks down so far. See the photo of the low loader truck for an idea of how it will be need to be transported

I literally spent thousands on this . selling as I’m moving house and renting this place . it’s built over a drain So Wouldn’t fancy the prospect dismantling to fix a collapsed drain with tenants in situ

just to clarify the two photos that show the frame are not this shed. They are my previous one to show the construction. i bought a bigger one ( this listing )from the same company to house an additional pin

I think that only applies if it's close to the border of your land, if its further from the border, 2m I think, you can have upto 4.5m height.

It has been a while since I looked at the rules though.
