Wanted Coin door parts

I have a bare coin door on one of my cabs. Its the Williams single coin entry style. Does anyone have any parts to help me get it working better please?

I need the part that has the illuminated coin entry and return flap. And also a set of service buttons and associated wiring. I'm not to bothered about having a working mech.

I have the red bit and the flappy coin return bit - they are currently attached to some hacked up looking panel, but could be removed. Only thing is I am not sure what machine or door type it is compatible with. Thanks to JT kindly sorting me this part above out all I'm after now is the service panel switches, bracket and wiring. Anyone got any of that kicking around please?

Lol tell me about it was hoping someone might of found me a system 3 -11 back box lock cam assembly but they seem to be like hens teeth :0(
