Cats & Pinball Machines

So, since I've owned Pinball machines both of my cats were of an age where they couldn't jump up on to the glass. Now both have passed on I'm going to get 1 or 2 younger cats which will easily be able to jump up on to the glass and back box.

My biggest concern is them jumping down off the back box on to the glass and worst case scenario it smashes. I would assume the glass is strong enough to take this?

Any other things I should be worried about or advice from other cat/Pinball owners?

Whilst at a League Meet, one of his kids was standing on the glass. He was definitely much heavier than your average moggy.
 
Cats won’t smash the glass but misjudge the depth if you install invisiglass. 😂

the little buggers track mud all over the glass though and sit in the back box throwing up and shedding fur 😡
 
You can stand on proper pinball glass ( as per above).

However Tap the corner with anything solid and it shatters like you have hit it with a sledgehammer....
