Can the MB Classic remake be modded ??

Hi .
I've been on this forum for a few years but after buying and selling my TAF and TS on here around 4 years ago ( and yes .... I wish I hadn't had to! Given the current ££££ and lack of availability of pins at the moment ) I am now looking to get ONE machine , albeit one that could be traded .. ... I get that a MB is ideally suited if you own a few machines but I'm not a hardcore player, the MB classic remake seems really good value for money given current prices .... im not particularly interested in the upgraded speakers or screen but would want to add lighting ....is it possible with the new machines like it is with the originals ???? Can't find the answer anywhere.

The leds are non replaceable ... all built in to the boards...apparently 4 led,s to one equivalent bulb .. if one led goes the others compensate... they look alot less fiddle about with under the playfield compared to the 90s ?!? And my concern is if they are selling different models which are basically the classic or se as the Le are done and dusted, they are not going to make it as easy as the old Bally's to attach extra lighting...given the extra £1400 between the two models ?
Although there is the massive advantage these are not on site and abused and are predominately huo they may not be easy to customise.???

the GI around the playfield you can tap into pretty straightforwardly. best option might be to email CGC and see if they sell a GI LED upgrade option. The inserts and some GI isn’t changeable as noted but you can do a lot of mods on the game.

I will take a look.
Predominantly I just want to highlight the coffin, the mummy, Frank's targets and a bit of general playfield illumination.
