Wanted cabinet metal plates

i can't manage to find 2 metal plates located on the side of the cabinet. they hold pivot nuts for playfield rotation

yes they are in mine - if you have a look on my shop log on here you will see I was missing one originally, and thats why I had one made.

one guy has assured me that originally there were big washers instead of theses plates. (so how can it be linked to ground?)
i saw some pics on other wh2o and there were these plates. it's that why i asked you if you had these plates on yours.
