Hello, I am looking to see if anyone has bought from pinballarcadehouse.com ? Are they recommended and have genuine sales from US to UK market? I know the US exchange rate is not great but they seem to have a good selection of games available. Looking for recommendations

Waste of time and effort

By time you pay for shipping, VAT and converting the machine to UK power...

You'll end up paying 20-30% more then you would sourcing a machine in the UK

Hello there.

Some points.

Do a 'who is' on the domain name.... Look at where they are registered.

If you import a pre-2000 pinball, then all you have to do is re-tap the transformer and change a couple of parts. Fifth point. You will have zero warranty. Electro coin will not help you out (the UK importer), unless you pay the full rate for new boards.

It is also worth posting on pinside 'has anyone used this company' or search on their site.

Pinball ownership is a funny thing. You will find the game you want but sometimes you just have to sit tight for one. Check the for sale posts here a few times a day, as games can go in a few minutes.

Good luck with getting the machine you want. I would maybe m
