Best of Pinball

People: A friendly warning about the German company Best of Pinball. I have ordered and paid for 2 different Apron Decal from them. Both apparently "in stock" and both apparently sent I even was given DHL Tracking Numbers. Problem is that both apparently "disappear" whilst in the system in Germany! Co-incidence? maybe, but very odd. People, please be aware of this and take this into account when ordering from these people. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal who issued an immediate refund

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with BoP, placing several orders over multiple years, so I’d say you’ve been unlucky this time.

ordered many times from them. never had any issues at all. get them to put in a claim with their shipping company. the sender not the buyer needs to initiate this.

Same here, I must have ordered from them at least 40 times now and never had an issue. They're also very good at responding.

If DHL have lost them, not sure it's fair to judge Best of Pinball here. Did you ask them to consider a different postage method or contact DHL who appear to have lost them?

I too have ordered from them in the past,with no issues,it could just be the whole post brexit thing causing your delays

I have Emailed them 5 times but no reply so made a PayPal claim which was paid immediately

I order from them almost weekly, never had a single issue over the years, excellent service and a great supplier of hard to find bits. Hard to believe they'll intentionally cause an issue for you.

DHL will not even discuss it with me as I am not the customer I will email Best of pinball again

I'm one of the 'me too's'. I've used them many times before and after Brexit , no issues at all.
