Best non perishable rubbers - JJP POTC

The rubbers in the chapter select of my POTC have nearly completely worn away and I think you have to remove the whole Black Pearl ship to access and change them. If I do this I want to put something in there that won't do the same again. What make or type is least likely to wear down over time?

yep titans. worm rubbers in the chapter can mean a sdtm on release, some fit a post rubber to the left post to prevent.
