Hi, as the title suggests, looking for a replacement dmd. Hoping some good soul can help me out!!

Cheers in advance

I've got a used DMD from my STTNG. Just bought a replacement for it as the top 2 rows are not working. £20 plus postage and it's all yours.

Cheers for the offer but its the bottom row thats out on mine so kinda defeating the purpose. How much did you pay for your new one just out of curiosity?

Brand new replacement DMD are £180 from either Pinball Heaven of Pinball Mania.
Expect to pay around £100 for a good quality fully working second hand one.

Kev, is the led replacement a convincing copy ?

How does it look alongside your other games with original dmd pls ?

I think it looks great, it does look different to a standard DMD obviously because you can select the colour pallet. Admittedly I have mine in a Spiderman which uses 16 shades compared to 4 of the B/W machines but there should be video's on Dr.pinballs site or youtube.

Here is a pic of a standard frankie DMD

And one with a replacement LCD (Not a DMD-LCD though) ARVs one

The colour ones are a bit out of my price range at the moment. (Although they look pretty nice!) Just thinking though, if anyone was toying with the idea of changing theirs, i would happily buy there old one. Cut the cost of your upgrade so to speak
