After an original one, spares or repair

I have one. It's got one transistor missing on it though [Q54]

There's no obvious signs of damage on the board, no hacks; no idea as to why the transistor is missing though its been un-solderdered and not just snapped off.

Board is marked AS-2518-23 Lamp driver. It came out of a Harlem Globetrotters. I replaced it, along with all the other boards, for new ones. ( I've also got a brand new,unused lamp driver board too, I duplicated my original order )
