a lot of bally switches are more or less identical,so you would get away with using a different part numbered one,Is it the whole switch you need or just the leaf blades?
 
I probably have one from an old stripped playfield can you post a picture of what you want and I will match it up.

Just dug these out the white actuator on yours looks longer could this be a problem

This come from a Mr Mrs pacman table. Can't seem to see a number for it in the manual

just had a look bally parts list its the same part number asw-a1-143 as Mr Mrs pacman
 
Then sir it must be the right one didn't want to disappoint when it turned up. will post in the morning

When I compared the two I have, one was longer so that must be the 143
