I found all manuals on a site called antelope archive, downloaded Silver Ball Mania and Six million Dollar man in January. After reading your wanted, checked and it now seems to have disappeared. Finding another resource has turned into a quest, I don't like spending money, so found another site, Internet Pinball data base I don't know if you want a hard copy but try this www.ipdb.org/files/829/Bally_1981_Fathom_English_Manual.pdf for download.
