I have a pro and would love yellow powder, would be happy to swap the metal armour all versions are the same, mines home use only.Hadn't thought of that. Definitely a possibility, thanks.
Avengers infinity quest is a fantastic game, very deep. The layout really is something else. All those returns to flipper. I know nothing about Avengers but the design carries it. Looking forward to leaning the rules properly too.

Well not any for saleCan't be many LEs in the UK
Don't miss out Because of the mellow yellow as an easy change
Isnt the playfield, artwork and translite mainly yellow anyway.Been back in the game for a few months now and looking to get a new machine. Ideally HUO but as long as it's solid. I see there's an LE up but the yellow puts me off. The black is more to my taste.
Cheers,
Steve
Yes, that's why the yellow powder goes well with it, but one man's pinball joy is another painIsnt the playfield, artwork and translite mainly yellow anyway.
Interesting to read Keith as i have just had an AIQ Premium on hire.........the very same machine Steve above has the GC score on ! Nope i didn`t beat it but got a good second place. Took me a while to get used to it and was wondering if the pro would be better to play or not. I think as you say both have advantages/disadvantages. Really nice shots that you enjoy hitting once you get used to the game.AIQ is, I agree an excellent choice/game.
For what it’s worth we have owned both. (Premium version and pro versions) they are both fantastic games, the difference between the two really doesn’t make one game a better shooter/more fun/involving than the other.
Here’s a few examples:
1) mode start. Disc-Premium, right ramp-pro. Both very satisfying shots. (Premium easier shot)
2) Mystery/change gem shot. Premium-VUK; vector=to right ramp. Pro-stand-up target; Vector=just about anywhere!
3) Captain Marvel shot. Premium, craziest steepest ramp in pinball history. Often ejects but satisfying if you make it! Pro, a second spinner shot!!(c’mon everyone loves a spinner shot)…
So as you can see both great machines in different ways. And this is just a few examples, from many. My point (?)…. Don’t rule out a pro.
All the best. Keef![]()
Personally I prefer the pro, it's faster, not interrupted by the raising disk, super precise and when you get some combo very satisfying. I've played the premium for a good 6 hours, owning the pro, I genuinely think it's one of the few sterns where the pro is better, once you get over the fomo.Interesting to read Keith as i have just had an AIQ Premium on hire.........the very same machine Steve above has the GC score on !
