It's nice someone is helping support the hosting costs for the group...how much does it cost to run a Facebook group nowadays???View attachment 145340
Firstly, who the **** are Play Leisure? Secondly does anyone fancy a 3500 quid Dirty Harry or a 3 grand No Fear? This is the group for you.
Exactly what’s happening. 100%.Yep that person can see the add before it goes to public view and if it’s a bargain then snaps it up before anyone else even sees it same as what Wes used to do
I was told by someone that the person sponsoring these groups was found flipping when one of the machines he sold (with warranty) ended up broken and the buyer had to come on here to get tips to fix it. Only to find it had been sold at half the price on this forum a few weeks before.
Nice choice of game@Play Leisure next on my shopping list is Killer Instinct just so you know
Welcome Matt - I know theres a couple of people (Inc myself) on this FB Group - thanks for taking the time to pop byG’day all,
Just a quick one, when I took the group on it was set to ‘approve posts’ before they went live. I changed this so now when somebody posts an item for sale it goes live straight away meaning everybody sees it at the same time including me.
We don’t sell many pins, most of the ones we do come from customers trading them in. We certainly don’t buy them from collectors forums and ‘flip’ them.
Neoretro’s post certainly isn’t anything to do with us.
As for sponsoring the group, it’s just a tag line to promote our business. I don’t think it’s an issue to be honest, I spend time moderating all of the people who attempt to list a car, or a teapot, trampoline etc. People will buy their pins from wherever they feel most comfortable doing so.
Matt
Hi Matt, was nice to meet you when I picked up that Operation Thunder pin. Got it all working and was in really nice condition after the work, sold it on here and has a new happy owner.G’day all,

Hope you sold all those lovely game boards

Was something to do and play, broke even so all good except I had a blow out in the van on the way back at near a ton after racing another van. Few mins later he was honking his horn at me while I was on the hard shoulder standing on the grass bankGreat to hear Dave, hope you did well from it.
