Anyone ever bought used office carpet tiles ?

I am looking for some cost effective, hardwearing, reasonably attractive floor materials for a small office building I am renovating.

Am I buying a problem - or are used ones worth a go ? Do they clean up OK if you hire a decent carpet cleaner ?

We’ve got used carpet tiles in our pinshed with spares also.
They are good. Hard wearing and if anything happens just take the one up and replace.

Places sell of end of batch styles all the time, probably be as cheap as second hand especially if you don’t need a load of one style/colour. I bought a load a few years back in various colours and styles as they were for separate rooms needing less than 100 of each so were I think£1.20 a tile

They seem to be a bit dearer now but still some at £1.50 a tile. Come in boxes of 20 usually

My pin room is covered with them floor, walls & ceiling.

All either end of line or used
