Not sure if this has been discussed before but am I the only one who dislikes the feel of flippers with opto boards at the flipper buttons rather than leaf switches?

so these..

I can't put my finger on it ( :D ) but they just don't feel right. Maybe they just don't offer enough resistance to being pushed but I often flip by accident.

images-1.jpg images-1.jpg Have yours just got a plastic interrupted.? They should also have a spring steal price to give more resistant. No 1 in picture.

Also some machines have this style which offer even more resistant.

Of the 3 machines I have here with opto flippers MM has the spring steel but its pretty thin, doesn't offer much resistance. The TZ has them but the left flipper is on a hair trigger, probably needs some kind of adjustment. JD has a quite stiff leaf added on the left flipper but nothing on the right. Maybe there's more too it than just the resistance at the button. I think I remember reading probably on pinside that some people have changed back to leaf switches? anyone come across that?
