Which game is it for?
Stern part numbers for wire ball guides are often
535-5356-XX
535-6492-XX
XX differs depending on length but I dont know what it is for 7"
Download the manual and hopefully it will be in the manual in the "pink pages"
e.g. from the shrek manual

Thanks for that, I've got the part number from Pablo, for reference it's 535-5356-29 for a 7"
