Guys,

just wondered if anyone could advise - is there a +5v or +12v dc feed anywhere near the flipper button of an Addams Family at all? Looking to add a Mod, however not sure if either is present anywhere around there...

Cheers

There is 12v feed from the board below the left flipper, there are pins going to the coin mech which are 12v, useful if you are not using it. I made up a molex connector and that feeds the LED strip lights for TAF, underneath, along the topper and across the back over the ramp and THING's box.
I can take a picture later if you need it.

I can get 12v from my Great Lakes Modular 16 opto board in No Fear and powered the first apron monitor i had from it. Whilst it is 12v, it is unregulated and could explain why that perticular monitor no longer turns on. Drpinball built me a regulated 12v psu which i now power my apron lcd from. Are you thinking of doing something similar with your TAF? I just get that feeling so i thought i would mention how i power my apron monitor.

Nope - nowhere close :) Well not true - hadn't even thought of that yet - as you said in your previous post - I'm waiting to see what Dave comes up with on that front.
