35 Year Old Machines Getting Expensive ?

I am part way through dismantling this 1987 Space Station.

This is the upper plastic playfeld, a superb piece of design and remarkably straightforward to remove for servicing.

I don't so much think that recent price rises have made games like this too expensive. It is more that 5 years ago they were far too cheap.
