Spooky Pinball LLC was formed by the Emery family. The Company's origins started as a podcast in 2010 from a family of pinball machine collectors.
In 2011, father and son (Charlie and Bug) brought a custom Godzilla re-theme of an older game to the Midwest Gaming Classic convention. This machine grabbed the attention of industry people and led to the meeting of Benjamin Heckendorn (Ben Heck) who was interested in building original pinball machines.
In 2014 a handful of small homegrown boutique pinball manufacturers were on the rise and Spooky Pinball had established their place in that market with their first pinball machine, America's Most Haunted.
Since that time Spooky Pinball has been producing their own machines, including licenses from Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper, as well as producing contracted pinball machines from Domino's Pizza and The Jetsons pinball machine from The Pinball Company, a game room store in Missouri.
