DE TOMMY servo motor (going wrong way!)

Replaced the servo motor in my Tommy. Also replaced the missing servo board. Servo works fine now, although is driving the wrong way! In test, you push the start button to open the arch, but instead, it drives the opposite way and closes the arch.

Ideas?

Which servo are you using as a replacement ?

I've tried two - an mg995 twer Pro, and a Futaba s3003.....

You will probably have to rewire em, I did with Frankenstein.

I assume I can swap the wires over, that go from the control board to the motor. Although I was just checking if I was doing something really silly!

@Arv is this for replacing the head motor ? Might have to do that on mine,mead motor has been disconnected since I bought Frankinstein last year...

Yes, for replacing the head motor with a newer servo.

I had a Frankie a few years ago. When I got it ....the head wasn't working. I swapped around the wires , bingo ....it lived !!
